This project is made for Nanhua USA, LLC.
Nanhua is a well-known futures company in China, but its branch in the U.S. doesn’t have clients and a reputation among Chinese Americans. The CEO hopes a new design would help.

Expectation:

Wan’s restaurant makes him some money, and he decides to put his money in futures investments. Wan is not new to the field but not familiar with every term in English. He chooses Nanhua USA not only because he knows Nanhua, but also most people speak Chinese.

Name: Wei Zhang Age:35 

Location: Shanghai

Occupation: Business Owner

 

Expectation:

Zhang trades futures in China and likes to enter the global market. Nanhua USA becomes one of his choices. He trusts Nanhua because of its reputation in China. Staff in Nanhua knows efficiency is very important for investors, and they sometimes respond to his message even at midnight. This makes Zhang more willing to open his account at Nanhua USA.

Similar companies like BlackRock and HKEX put their market analysis, service, recent events, and activity on their home page. Showing off recent events and activities tells the visitor that they are active. At the same time, market analysis shows that they are professional.

Current Problem & Changes

Compared to Blackrock and HKEX, Nanhua USA's previous website hides most of the juicy contents in the drop-down menu. The first change we made is to move articles like market analysis and events out to somewhere that is easier to find. The new home page looks like below:

Feedback & Iteration

We add a membership function on our website based on feedback. If clients want to read
market analysis, they need to sign up as members. The user flow are showed below. This function helps us to collect potential clients’ information.
